I am now in the process of deciding which apartment complex within the Foster City area to choose. I am NOT a Sand Cove Employee, however, I must comment that for the last two people who gave the complex an overall "1" rating, might want to do the math. The overall scores averaged about 3.0. Aside from the lack of compassion on behalf of the "lion lady, it seems this is a very good place to live. Do yourselves a favor, know your rights (read everything before you sign) and save documentation. Most importantly, stop being such pathetic momma's boys!
