A friend of mine told me about this site and she knows I use to live at Sand Cove and loved it! I only moved because I wanted a washer and dryer, though I miss my location on the water. I agree with the last person who said, "read everything"...when I moved out the manager gave me a paper about "move out procedures checklist" in it, it does say you are charged for carpet cleaning and when I questioned her about it she said it was approx $75 which did come out of my deposit. Also, since I lived there for a few years, there was no painting charge and lastly the cleaning of the apt she told me that the checklist for the cleaning was quite extensive and it was! So, she cleaned it for $100 which was fine with me.

As for the rest of Sand Cove, I found the staff was very friendly, and the complex is well kept, lots of trees, and I never had a problem with maintenance. They even offered to lower my rent to market price if I signed a new lease to stay.
