Go someplace else!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   For the rent you pay you can get a better place somewhere else. The building is 30 years old and showing it. There isn't much insulation between units so you hear everything. It's best to be on the second floor otherwise you better like hearing footsteps. If you're living along the water and on the first floor you better like the blinds being closed most of the time, or like people looking into your place and seeing what you're doing. Overall, this place is not worth it!!!
