Noisy and drafty From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 1989 - 1982   I lived there many years ago, but moved out because it was so noisy. You can hear your neighbors very easily, and unfortunately I had noisy ones--to the side of me and above me. My apartment was very drafty and it had cheap baseboard heaters that did not heat the place during the winter sufficiently. I had to buy my own space heater to warm it up. It looks fancy from the outside, but dig beneath the surface and it was not too well built, even many years ago.
