Great location with beautiful grounds, helpful management

We have been at Sand Cove for 6 months, and just renewed our lease for another year. We are delighted with our 2nd floor apartment with a filtered view of the lagoon. Grounds are kept immaculate; trees and schrubs are lush and mature. Lots of squirrels and birds and serene walking trails around the lagoon. Management has been cooperative and prompt in answering requests for repairs. Most of the complaints listed on this site are clarified in detail in the lease. Also, there are tenant rights available on the web to refer to if you think you are being treated unfairly. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
