It only looks good from outside. The walls are very thin; water pipes make a lot of noise (even when neighbors are using the facet)
Property is not managed well, the walkways get flooded during rains.
Laundry room is not well maintained.
The fitness center is hopeless.
Driving car out of the apartment gates is quite dangerous as Bounty drive is curved and yes the manager is mean, arrogant, and extremely disrespectful.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT!
