Manager has no respect From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   DO NOT RENT HERE! The laundry room is FILTHY and disgusting, parking is impossible, noise everywhere, and management is absolutely a nightmare. I have never seen such a rude, obnoxious, ignorant manager in my life. Manager is trained to help not belittle. They also raised my rent $100 dollars after the first year and when you go in to discuss the matter the manager starts looking at you and explaining this is the price you have to pay for being in Foster City. No it is the price that you might sucker others to pay not me. I will pay more when the apartment is remodeled and worth it. Not when you have ugly brown 1970's Cabinets with ugly smelly moldy bathrooms. Renters please be aware and consider this the best warning!
