Sand Cove Apartments

Sand Cove is Bad News From: Jennifer_Lewis Date posted: 3/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I was new to the Bay Area, and decided hastily to rent at the Sandcove Apts. The management was very nice in the beginning, and I was also offered an Ipod Mini if I rented with them. (I never received this ipod) After moving in, there were multiple small problems that were not addressed in a timely manner, some not at all. As I continued living here, it was a constant downhill ride. The management was very difficult to deal with. Everyone who works there, seems to have some sort of an issue with being unmedicated bi-polar. I could list half a dozen instances that made this one of the worst/strangest apartment renting situations I have expereinced. I will sum it up with this: Unless you like getting screwed over very badly, don't move in here. DONT MRENT HERE!
