Spend your money elsewhere

It's better to spend your money elsewhere. It's noisy, especially if you live on the first floor. I could hear the upstairs neighbor talking which gives you an idea how thin the walls and ceilings are.
In the bathroom, if you don't have good ventilation mold starts to grow on the walls.
If you live along the water and on the first floor people walking by can see into your apartment, and you're not allowed to put anything on the windows to make it more private.
The management incurs the cost of cleaning the place and getting it ready for the next tenant from your cleaning deposit, even if the apartment doesn't need it. I belive a manditory $90 for repainting and $60 for cleaning the carpets. And who know what else they charge for other "cleaning". This is not told to you when you sign the lease, so better ask ahead of time before you sign.
Overall, don't live here!!
