We are having hard time putting up with vandals throwing eggs on our apartments for few months now..police has come to our apartment many times and even has talked to the manager. the manager has not been of any help till now. They seem to be careless about this problem. once you come to sand coves..it becomes your own hazard to put up with this trash. your house will be painted with eggs. this has gone too far as our house has been egged 7 times now and other 7 neighbours have been egged couple of times too. So move in at your own risk in this mad neighbourhood. our neighbours car has been vandalised too. security sucks as maintenence!!

not worth the high price u pay.

I just rented at this place and its great. I don't know if this was posted by the people that were complaining in the office, the day i signed my lease, but they seemed to wanted a 24hr security guard in front of their building or video cameras. Some kind of rubbish. Place is great
