Great place, amazing views, good management

Our apartment is on the water and the views are amazing. It is like living in a resort. A brief walk along the water takes you to Ryan park and the public library. As regards the management, we have no complaints, in fact I was impressed by their flexibility. When we moved in our carpet had a stain that could not be fixed. As the carpet was just 4 years old, at our previous apartments, the management would have asked us to put a rug over it. Sand Cove replaced the carpet immediately and was very pleasant through the whole transaction.
