As if their rudeness was not soemthing to worry abt now they have started neglecting the landscaping..and cleaning.the grounds r infested with big mosquitoes and they give no warning when they spray the lawns. i felt nausea all day long after walking thru one of those sessions..there are papers/etc lying all over the grass and even there may be trash lying around you in laundry room unattended for days!! the place is simply a trashy ..noone picks trash for weeks..the landscape sucks too earlier there used to be beautiful flowers..with the change in management they dont even clean the grass..the leaves keep piling up..

this place sucks completely!! highly irresponsible management.

I agree. Feel so sad that a beautiful place is turning into this! You can't just collect rent and do nothing, Sand Cove Apt Management. This is irresponsible.

Its November and it still looks crappy. So many lights around the complex are out. You cant even see where you walking and there is so much dog mess over the paths and grass, you step in it. Bad Bad Bad place....! Moving out.
