I have been living here for sometimes and now I am looking to move. This is a very old building but the rents are just as high as other newer and much nicer places. The response to the maintainence issues are very slow and poor. My dish water needed some service(probably some cleaning) and the maintanance guy just came and took the dish washer away saying that it was broken and installed an old rusted washer that was noising and leaking. He probably installed the one he had at his home and took mine at his place!

My biggest complain is that there rents are too high for the what you are getting.
