We have been living at Sand Cove for over a year. At first it was worth it. But they have decided to raise our rent starting next month by over $200. Now our rent is more expensive than most but the apartments don't match the price. They are remodeling most apartments to have floors instead of carpets, new sinks, countertops and doors. But I still think the apartments are not as nice as some others in Foster City/San Mateo. We are thinking of moving. Management is not bad or great. It has always been VERY noisy. You can hear the water pipes and if a neighbor is loud you will hear it. We have an extremely noisy 4 year old below us who screams at 3 am and a neighbor who comes home drunk at 2 am. You can hear it. Only one parking space. If you have two cars the other goes on the street. Hope this helps to those who are looking.

I agree to everything that this reviewrt has said. They have increased my rent by $300, yes by $300. The apartments are just ok. with this new increase now the sand coves are now one of the most expensive place in the neighborhood and not worth it.
The noise issue is horrible. I'll be moving out soon.
