Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
Pros:
Management has been courteous, kind and helpful to me on many occasions.
Turn around time to deal with maintenance or other issues has been quite good.
Nice big trees and next lo lake Leo.
Pretty quiet and safe.
Proximity to Safeway and libary and post office.
Friendly community and friendly security patrol.
Cons:
Pretty thin walls (i.e. when neighbor slides bathroom doors, my wall will bang and rattle!)
Some lazy and inconsiderate neighbours who park wherever they please.
Some dents in car resulting from neighbors parking on line and hitting adjacent vehicle.
Neither Pro nor Con - just facts:
Large percentage of Chinese and Indian. Demographics seem to have changed quickly over past few years. Approx 30 to 40%.
