The staff is professional, my neighbors are friendly... upstairs neighbor VERY noisy, but there are children so I cut them slack.

The apartment is pleasant and easy to clean with a linoleum floor in all areas except the bedroom. The layout is somewhat boring, but adequate.

I have only requested maintenance service once, but they responded quickly that time.

Trash dumpsters are emptied twice a week, but trash can build up. The staff responsible for clean-up do a good job of clearing the trash areas after pick-up.

There are not enough recycling bins. Mixed paper builds up fast. I have seen glass and cans harvested by roaming scavengers, which is disturbing.

Overall, it is not a bad place to live.
