While the location of my lagoon front apartment was great, the management was the worst i've dealt with in my 10 last moves. I just received my security deposit back minus 2 cleaning fees, and my final gas bill ( which i paid before leaving ) totaling $300 off my original deposit. I've had past land-lords praise the conditions of my former dwellings, and i did nothing less of a clean-up job on this apartment. It's obvious that the first priority of the management of Sand Cove was to take all your money, and provide no positive report with the people living in their community. Most of my neighbors were / had moved out because of rent increases, or dissatisfaction with the management. The rowing teams on the weekends will wake you up in the morning, if you like to sleep in on your day off. While there I also received a notice to remove my potted plants from my patio, which was completely ridiculous. The water pipes in the wall were extremely loud due to poor insulation. Avoid this place if Waters Edge down the street has anything open. Their leasing staff seemed much more friendly, and I wish i had gone there before being in a rush, and settling on Sand Cove.

This is a rental home and if you leave a mess behind when you move out, don't expect someone else to be responsible for the cleaning. You obviously would not rent a dirty place with stains on the carpet, why would you expect it to be OK for someone else?
