Do not move here unless you really like ants, because within a short period of time, they will be everywhere. The "friendly" management won?t tell you when you move in about this infestation problem, and then they will try, in a "friendly" manner to blame you for it afterwards. HOWEVER...Any half-wit can see that the infestations are thouroughly entrenched within the walls, so no tenant alone could cause the problem. In addition, the garages flood when it rains and the balconies don?t drain properly (read: big puddles by your front door!). Overall, the complex looks nice from a distance but up close is just a big mess. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else!
