Tiny, overpriced, ant-ridden.

Lots of problems here. The ants are tenacious (management's response: "well, we ARE by the water").
Aggressive rent increases (management's response: "it's 'market' rate). Maybe they mean the Tokyo rental market.
Anyway, the path along the slough is filled with non-residents careening on rollerblades and bikes, making it a hazardous walk for our dogs and children.
Schooner bay offers the least value for the money of any place we have ever lived.
