My husband and I have lived at SchoonerBay for over 15 months now and could not be happier with the location, the apartment we live in or the management and maintenance team.

The apartments are older but are designed really well so you rarely hear your neighbors. The layout works well and we love having nobody living below us.

Any maintenance request has always been addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is great to work with and will go out of their way to help out.

Management has been very professional and is always available to discuss any issue we might have. We have dealt with the same person in the office since we moved in which is unusual. Most apartment complexes we?ve lived in, the office staff is constantly changing.

Yes there are ants that make their way into our apartment about twice a year but if you don?t leave food out, keep things clean and put out the ant traps, they usually disappear after a week or so.

We renewed our lease in January and would recommend this complex to anybody. We selected this complex after an extensive search and have not regretted our decision at all.
