Poor Management, Facilities just OK

This property looks ok at first glance. Then you get to know the management team. What a bunch of uneducated, unethical and and unorganized people. Don't live here if you want a satelite, they'll make you regret it. Not only were we allowed to install a satelite when we moved in, they encouraged it. Now, they are saying that we must leave the premises if we do not remove the satelite. Every lease we signed said "no satelite" but they assured us it was no problem. No, they say we are inviolation of our lease. The turn around in the management office is crazy - you won't recognize people from month to month. I've been there 4 years and this is my last! Good Riddance Schooner Bay - YOU SUCK!
