We've been staying in these apartments since nearly a year. Externally, the apartment looks great.. but when you enter in, you see all flaws. The gadgets and carpet are so old that the management doesn't bother to replace them for years.Though you give a complain about any repairs to be done, they give you a temporary solution.The management is very bad and cunning. After your lease term, if you want to stay on a month to month basis they increase your rent by $500 to $600( the initial rent itself is expensive here). That is highly RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Haven't heard of such thing elsewhere..
