Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
- Property manager treats residents as trash (no exaggeration).
- Emergency phone number doesn't work when leaking from upstairs.
- They took action on leak 3 days later.
- Leasing office staffs don't even answer the telephone.
- They prohibit using garage door opener.
- Garage is stinky.
- Everything is old (built in 1980's).
- Garbage disposer sometimes upflow.
DON'T MOVE HERE!
