I?ve lived at Schooner Bay for about 4yrs now and I?m really happy. If I could buy into my condo I would. The office staff has changed a lot since I have been here, but I have never had a bad experience with anyone. I was really suprised by reading some of these other comments other people have written. I know all my neighbors and they have been here for a while also and seem to be happy.
