My husband and I are enjoing living at Schooner Bay. We have a apartment near the pond and have a very quiet surrounding. The management and maintenance has always been prompt about returning our calls right away unlike other properties we've lived at in Foster City. Neighbors are very friendly and parking is great. I'd definetely recommend this place to any one looking in Foster City.
