During our stay:
Good Things: Spacious apartment, Fireplace, Walking Trail, Prompt service from Maintenace staff, friendly office staff calls to make sure work done by maintenance is adequate and satisfactory, quiet neighbors, washer/dryer in unit, private garage and ample parking.
Bad Things: Apartments are older, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry dated and fraile, old appliances. Pricey for a not-so-great muddy-water view of the lagoon. I guess they charge more for washer/dryer and garage'''''
