TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

We have rented with Equity for around 4 years now and this management is the worst we have ever encountered. They are outright rude and not at all flexible. Customer service is a lost concept on them. Once they have you in, rent increases every time you renew.
The property itself is beautiful and the proximity to the trail is a big advantage.
