It is currently 105 degrees outside and not only are the apartments not air conditioned, the windows are put in such a way that you can't put your own in if you wanted to. I just got back from the office where they refused to take care of a problem I first brought up in May! They also refused to give me the name and address of the CEO of the company. I guess they think I'm too stupid to find it. The apartments are old and run-down. Foster City is a wonderful place other than this complex. Did I mention it is hot'''''

Hi - I'm thinking about moving to Foster City, but I wonder what part is the more geared towards young professionals? There is a complex called "The Islands" which I love, very beachy - but I'm not in the market to buy just yet. If anyone has any suggestions, let me know, please!
