If you can help it, do not live here! The Property Management team is horrible. They are not courteous at all. I'm talking about simple human respect. They are extremely rude and condescending. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING becomes a point of contention. Probably the most disappointing thing about it, is that Equity Properties (the Company that owns the place) has heard these complaints for a long time and has chosen to do nothing about it. There is not a happy tenant in the place

I agree Equity properties and the management do not care about the tenants at all. The planes are loud overhead, the places are old and worn out and they raise your rent every time the lease is up. Not just a small raise but 12 and 13 percent. I would not live in this high priced slum ever again.
