I saw the review comments here and agree with most of them. 10% rent increases seem to be the norm here. Do they realize (or care) that this translates to an annual increase in a family's expense by about 2000 or more dollars ' So your annual income needs to go up by 3000-4000 dollars just to keep up.

Do not fall in the trap. There is nothing special about this apartment complex for it to be charging this much.
