HORRIBLE! read this!!!

The criticisms that I have read here about Schooner Bay are correct. The management is HORRIBLE, rude and ineffective. They raised our rent 20% over one year. We have had numerous serious problems with noise, structural problems and safetey issues which they have handled terribly. This place looks very beautiful when you come to visit, but when you live here there are serious problems which will be handled rudely and even made worse by the management. I also know for a fact that staff memebers have written some of the "positive reviews" on this site-which is NOT ALLOWED! Don't be so obvious guys - we know it's you trying to save your butts.
The only effective members of the staff are some of the maintenance workers who do a good job.
