Thought it looked great so we moved in ,,, first night was ok but every night after that we had to call security about the noise in the Jaccuzie,, which is NOT locked.
Kids come from everywhere to party there and wake all the residents.. managers don't care,, neither does security.... they let you in the pool area with glass bottles and booze... We have to chase people out EVERY NIGHT!!!
After that what could be worse'

This is absolutely true. We moved in and were told that there was never any noise from the pool or jacuzzi. That very weekend there was a huge frat party at the pool with huge outdoor speakers amplifying the music everywhere. The management never cared, it was a NIGHTMARE living there.

Second that. It's not true about security. They usually respond to calls pretty quickly and check on people, but nobody follows up this incidents and as previous poster said, pool area is opened and used by entire neighborhood. Not long ago, Edgewater dead end was used a start point for street races. This was stopped by local police. Thanks god! However, some morons are still coming to the area to hang out in the gym and pool on weekends not bothering to lower volume of car stereos.
