I am really happy here. The management company is fantstic. Great service and they are always improving the property. Right now, they are completely redoing one of the pools and pool area. since I have been here, they have done landscaping and are busy remodeling all of the apartment units. The gym was recently redone and is nice - i use it often. My neighbors are nice and friendly. It is quiet and peaceful here. Maintenance is great - they come out right away and fix anything and everything - even really small stuff.

Sorry but this review is ridiculous. Probably written by an office employee. If you are a real tenant, just wait until your garage floods - ruining all your belongings at your expense because of their faulty plumbing, or your car gets keyed repeatedly by the roving groups of vandal teens, or the rats and mice infest your apartment, or mold makes your child sick, or the insane pool parties keep you up every weekend and THEN tell us all how lucky you feel.

I agree, this review was most definitely written by a member of Schooner Bay staff! Next time, try to be a bit more subtle, and maybe you'll be taken more seriously if you learn to spell.

This renter is clearly suffering from the hallucinogenic effects of smoking something they found at the bottom of the toxic complex pond. Or perhaps, I am just bitter because I missed out on the bonus "teh" package. I have been on the lookout for that "warm" neighbor who shot my flower pot off the edge of my deck, and the one that shot a duck through the neck recently with an arrow. Yup, lots of great "warm" teh people here!
