Ignore the morons that move next to airports then complain about the noise! We've lived here in Schooner Bay for over 1-1/2 years and we love it. There are kids and lots of dogs here so if either bother you live elsewhere! People are generally friendly and there's a great sense of community to the place. The staff is friendly and on top of things with maintinance issues addressed quickly and efficently (they actually guarantee it). The company maintains the facilities and grounds quite well while upgrading things as needed such as draining, cleaning and upgrading both ponds as well as completely remodeling the gym with new machines and a 60" Plasma HDTV. Oh yeah, each place has a REAL 1 CAR GARAGE! We renewed our lease earlier this year without hesitation although there was slightly less than a 2% raise in the rent. Security, once a problem, is being agressively addressed by the new manager.

You must be as high as my noisy neighbor or this was written by someone on staff. look at the review, perfect on staff and maintenance, close on all others including parking...the parking was the only good thing at that place and then only if it did not rain and pipes did not break. The staff was useless, my neighbor worked at a bar or something got in at odd hours (not a big deal by its self) but then they would be "entertaining" all night so my child could not sleep, not that I could either. I asked them to keep it down and called management but to no avail. The 1st pond took several weeks to finish the second took 5 months to finish and they both looked like hell, the third pond and gym was still not finished but at least the gym was opened.
