Expensive ..but worth it ...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
We have been here for over a year...it expensive but comes with a lot of peace ..no traffic ...nice lagoon (which fills and empties everyday ) ...great jogging trail ...lotsa greenery ...lotsa parking space if you have more cars ..
but u do need to pay for garbage and sewer too ...mgmt is very friendly ...
