Scalpers

I recently transferred apartments and they tried to hit me with all these extra fees. Had to fight with managemnt for several days. If I didn't own a dog I would not live here.

This place is not worth the money. It is among the top tier in terms of cost (for Foster City).. but apartments are old and noisy. You can hear your neighbors walking around all time. Rents keep going up at ... more
