I would say the grounds are beautiful & the plan-outs of the apt.are best.Though you don't hear outside noises but due to the cheap thin walls you can easily make out your neighbours daily routine(whether he is in toilet or kitchen).Moreover if your neighbour gets up at 6:00 am you'll wake up automatically with a loud,bloated noise from the pipeline as he takes his shower.

Though I didn't have any problems in the maintenance but the managers are real money-suckers.They'll trap you in longest lease (which you can't break)& also greedy in returning the deposit.So forget about the security & conceren or pray if you don't have to pay any thing extra(even with deposit of 500)

Overall its nice 'cause of the Foster city.The neighbourhood is beautiful & very safe. But be prepared to spend extra money & have a resort kind of living in the extravanza you have.
