Constant turnover in office - not helpful - raised everyone's rent by 12% this year

Shadow Cove is a pretty complex and the grounds are nicely maintained by grounds manager, Jorge, however, the office staff on the other hand is very unhelpful when problems arise.
**DRAWBACKS**
-OFFICE STAFF TURNOVER: there have been so many managers/helpers in the office that it's hard to keep track of and to reexplain issues that have already been reported that each new manager knows nothing about
-GARBAGE/RECYCLING: taking the garbage out is a big ordeal (very far away) and recycling is over twice as far
-DIRTY POOL: the pool never has looked clean (even in the summertime) to me in 3 years, which is why I haven't used it
-RACCOON FAMILY: we reported a giant female raccoon on the property and inside our roof and no one did anything (they thought we were complaining about squirrels) until that raccoon had 5 babies and they all started running around (one of the babies fell in our wall next to our bedroom and scraped and cried all night)-- after that incident we refused to leave the office until they found someone who could get them out of the roof (other neighbors couldn't sleep either and their kids were scared)-- they finally called a professional raccoon catcher (4 months later)
-HIGHER THAN AVERAGE RENT INCREASES: then after all that with no changes to the complex, this year they raised the rent 12% for anyone who wasn't already paying within $25 of market rate (previous increases were 7% and 11%). Average rent increase was 9% in our county and our cost per square foot is higher than any other complex with published prices in Foster City right now.
IN SUMMARY: My advice is to stay away from this and any other Woodmont property --too greedy.
