Exceptionally high plumbing noise and almost no deposit returned for lease duration less than 1 year

I stayed for 6 months. The plumbing system in the apartment is extremely noisy. You can even hear the wash basin from the people downstairs (and pretty loud because of some pump issues). They do offer 1 month satisfaction guarantee but who wants to pay the movers again in less than a month'
When I moved out, I was told that I would be charged even for smaller items like a barely noticeable scratch on a wall due to furniture, a spec of dust on the windows because I only have 6 months lease. I was told that they usually charge customers anything they want for any lease less than an year.
Not recommended.
