I have been here for more than a year and havent had many issues. As written in other reviews, the plumbing noise is pretty loud. Also there was a theft in one of the apartments a few months ago.

Parking is a nightmare here, if your friends are coming over, there is no extra space to park. They have to park across the road, in the shopping complex, or on the road.

Its not a bad place to stay. We havent had any major problems in the last one year that we have been here.
