My rent was almost doubled over a five year period. I have lived here for 7 years. The apartments are roomy with lots of closet space and a deck. They are older buildings, however--some of the oldest in Foster City.

The management has been inconsistent over the years. The current managers are very good and responsive, however.

There are not many frills here. The "exercise room" is a joke.

Overall it is a nice place to live if you don't mind annual huge rent increases without any mercy.
