There are several reasons why I continue to live at Water's Edge (here are a few).

1. The community is on the WATER - it has a breathtaking view morning, noon and night.

2. The community is clean - or as clean as the residents allow. (There are some of us out there that are a little perturbed about others not picking up their doggie do-do and these people would never make an NBA team looking at all the missed shots at the garbage containers, it gives the rest of us a bad name) - Pick it up!!!

3. Management and maintenance is responsive and in my experience they have always gone the extra effort when they can.

4. Renegotiating my renewal rate from the $1,600 I was paying for a one bedroom apt. was much easier than I anticipated!!! I received a decrease which I felt was very fair.

I have lived in this community for over five years now and this place gets "two thumbs up"!!! You get what you pay for - it may be more expensive than the "ma and pa" operation down the street but I would rather pay more for a place that cares.

When it boils down to it you are always going to have complaints about where you live or how much you are paying, so why not live in a place you love to live'
