My Apartment is Awesome, I've got a beautiful place right on the water and it's so peaceful here.
The neighborhood is nice and there is a great walking trail that runs along the bay accross the street.
I also like that the Laundry rooms have free storage lockers, so I don't have to drag my soap to the laundryroom. (I HATE doing laundry!)
The only draw backs:
The parking is crowded and the proximity to the grocery store could be better.
