Waters Edge is a very good apartment in Foster city. It is spacious pretty clean in a nice locality. The management and the maintenance staff are decent. I lived here for almost 16 months and did not have any maintenance issues.
The only problem is the high rent and the management does not give the deals to existing customer. Other than that this is a nice place to live.
The apartment did not charge anything extra when I vacated. Only the normal cleaning charges were deducted from the Security deposit.
I would say this is the best apartment in Foster city
