My family moved to Water's Edge in April of 2002 and we could not be happier!
The community is clean and the people here are friendly. The office staff was very willing to help when I had issues with setting up utilites and coordinating the moving company.
My apartment is quite large and in talking with friends that live in the area I believe I am getting a great value!
I have had one maintenance issue and the maintenance guys were there to fix it right away!
