I have lived at Water's Edge for over 1 year. They just replaced the management which has made things different they are strict but care for their tenants and parking got much better.
Overall it has been improved overall and they seem to have more control over whats going on. Hope in the future it will be the same way.

Hmmmmm, does this maybe sound like the "new" management wrote it? "Strict but care for their tenants...?" What real tenant would describe management in such a way? Most people's only interaction with them is to drop off a rent check and sign a lease, how would they possibly know they were strict but caring? THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE, DO NOT LET YOUR FAMILY LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
