Great price but old building and less than desirable staff

For the rent and size, Water's Edge was a great deal. But you have to be okay with the following:
1. Older building that sometimes carry a strong stagnate smell in the hallways
2. We were on the 2nd floor so there was occasional squeaking from upstairs
3. The vent in the bathroom is extremely loud
4. The appliances and overall look is on the more outdated side as well
5. Parking for guest is very challenging
6. More ducks uses the pool than actual tenants
7. The elevator is only big enough for 2 adults standing shoulder to shoulder. Be careful if you plan to use it for moving because they will charge you for all repairs if anything happens to this very very very old elevator (even though it breaks on its own fairly often).
The staff is nice and attentive when you are there, but be warned that once you decide to move out, they become quite unfriendly and offer minimal help. Don't count on seeing your deposit back even if you only live there for a year. And chances are, they'll probably charge you a bunch more.
