High crime lately

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2009
 
We have had multiple auto burglary and storage locker thefts in the past year. I had my car stolen from my carport about 4 years ago. Last night ALL storage lockers were broken into and rummaged through. The safety patrol they say they hire to check things out is non-existent or there the ones doing the breaking and entering.
