Harbor Cove Apartments 17% Recommended Apr 22 2008: I leased a 1 bedroom here a few months back because harbor cove is one of the relatively cheaper places in foster city. But I have learnt that under the cover of lower rent, they have abysmal management, dilapilated facilities Harbor Cove Apartments 17% Recommended Apr 21 2008: Overall, I equate it to a Motel 6. Except, with worse parking and you bring your own towels. It's adequate but Harbor Cove is not a place you would truly enjoy coming home to. When I first moved in, I Lantern Cove 31% Recommended Apr 20 2008: Aside from it taking 1.5 years to fix a window screen problem that was listed on our move in, the rest of the experience was down hill. To be honest, the location is great. However, I don't think anyone is willing to suffer such a bad management just because of the nice location.
