Sorry for breaking the perfect record, but unfortunately I myself cannot recommend this place...

It's such a shame because it would've been a nice community if it weren't for a lot of the uncivilized tenants who live here. They have no respect whatsoever for the property. Especially the laundry rooms, those get trashed up A LOT. I remember one time when I was doing laundry and I opened one of the dryers and there was a huge bag full of trash in it!

People also tend to leave their clothes in the washers/dryers long after they're done. If you have to take out their clothes for them, watch out--they will get back at you by messing up your stuff.

Another thing: Kids here are WAY too noisy!!! There's a gang of 5-6 kids who play in the courtyard area often and I can hear them screaming their lungs out even when the dishwasher is running. Not good if you want peace and quiet where you live.

On the upside, management is pretty good and maintenance does a good job fixing repairs in a day or two at the latest. Parking is usually not a problem although it can get a little crowded on the weekends.

So the bottom line is, if you don't mind trash everywhere and rude, noisy kids, you will feel right at home. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere.
